Terms
The rules for using HANDLE. Read this before you send, claim or list anything.
Last updated 21 October 2026. This is a plain-language summary written for a prototype; it is not legal advice.
1. What you're using
HANDLE is an independent prototype that runs on Solana's test network. Nothing sent here is real money, no service here holds customer funds, and no transaction on this site has value or can be redeemed for value. The escrow program that would make real payments possible has not been built or reviewed, so real sends and real claims are switched off by design.
2. What you agree to
By using HANDLE you confirm you are old enough to use X and Solana tools in your country, that you'll use the app only for lawful purposes, and that you understand the app is provided as-is with no warranty. You are responsible for keeping your X account and your wallet safe.
3. Your accounts and keys
You keep custody of your wallet. HANDLE never sees or stores private keys, seed phrases, or your X password. If someone else gets access to your X account or your wallet, they can act as you — that risk stays with you, which is why payout wallet changes are delayed by a 48-hour security hold and flagged to you.
4. Not allowed
Don't use HANDLE to deceive people, impersonate someone else, list a launch with a false contract address, probe or abuse the service, or break the law. Listings and payment notes are yours; we can hide or remove anything abusive, fraudulent, or illegal.
5. Fees
The design charges 1% only when a claim completes, and nothing when a payment is refunded. Solana network fees are separate and are paid by whoever signs. If real payments ever go live, fees will be published on this page before they apply.
6. No advice, no affiliation
Nothing in the app is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. HANDLE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or the Solana Foundation. Trademarks belong to their owners. X API access may be rate limited or unavailable, and the app will tell you when it couldn't verify something rather than guess.
7. Availability and changes
The service can change or stop at any time. Availability is not a promise that any jurisdiction permits these activities — you are responsible for what applies to you. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
